| 内容記述 | 【目的】本研究はDemerouti, E.らが開発したthe Oldenburg Burnout Inventory(OLBI-独語版, 16項目)の邦訳の計量心理学的特性を確認することを目的とした。 / 【方法】調査は看護師を対象に無記名自記式調査票を用いて実施し、16項目の質問に無回答がない1,480名の回答を分析に用いた(回答率48.7％, 有効率98.3％)。分析は尺度の内的一貫性と構成因子妥当性・併存妥当性について検討した。 / 【結果】分析の結果、OLBI(独語版)邦訳の内的一貫性と併存妥当性は確認された。因子構成は因子(disengagement)で帰属が低い1項目を除いた15項目のモデルにおいて、モデル適合度が高い傾向にあった。 / 【考察】測定項目の1項目が因子に帰属しない結果は先行研究と同様であったことから、OLBI-独語版の邦訳を用いる際は因子構成に留意し、今後さらに妥当性の検証を重ねる必要がある。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify psychometric characteristics of the German version of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI, 16 items) developed by Demerouti and others. / Methods : An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with nurses, and the responses of 1,480 nurses who answered all questions of 16 items were used for analysis (response rate of 48.7% and validity rate of 98.3%). We examined the internal consistency of the scale, construct validity, and concurrent validity. / Results : The analysis confirmed the internal consistency and concurrent validity of the Japanese translation of the German version of the OLBI. We found that model fit tended to be high in the model of 15 items, except for one item with low attribution. / Discussion : As in the previous studies, one of the measurement items was not attributed to the factor. It is necessary to pay attention to the constructs when using the Japanese translation of the German version of the OLBI, and verify their validity in the future study. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
