anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with nurses, and the responses of 1,480 nurses who answered all questions of 16 items were used for analysis (response rate of 48.7% and validity rate of 98.3%). We examined the internal consistency of the scale, construct validity, and concurrent validity. / Results : The analysis confirmed the internal consistency and concurrent validity of the Japanese translation of the German version of the OLBI.
