| 内容記述 | 【目的】日本の助産分野における無痛分娩に関する研究のレビューから、無痛分娩における助産ケアの示唆を得る。 / 【方法】医学中央雑誌刊行会の医中誌Webを用い、2000年以降 2021年3月までの収載誌から検索した。17件を分析対象とし、無痛分娩における助産ケアの部分を抽出、コード化、カテゴリー化した。 / 【結果】妊娠期：【適切な情報提供】、【意思決定支援】、【対象の理解】、【不安に対する支援】、【偏見に対する支援】、【主体性を引き出す動機づけ】、【継続的支援】、分娩期：【産科学・麻酔科学双方の知識と経験】、【人的物的体制の整備】、【無痛分娩時の適切な判断】、【無痛分娩導入の見極め】、【多職種連携】、【安心できるような支援】、【産んだ実感が持てるような支援】、産褥期 : 【出産体験の肯定化】の15カテゴリーが抽出された。 / 【考察】偏見への支援や分娩期の知識、適切な判断は、無痛分娩において特に重要な助産ケアであることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 【Objective】The objective of the study is to obtain suggestions concerning midwifery care for painless delivery by reviewing studies on painless delivery in the field of midwifery in Japan. / 【Method】We searched the medical literature database of Igaku Chuo Zasshi, published between 2000 and March 2021. After sorting this yielded 17 references valid for this review. The midwifery care part of painless delivery was extracted, coded and categorized. / 【Results】15 categories of midwifery care were extracted as described below. Pregnancy: Providing appropriate information, Decision support, Understanding of patient, Care for anxiety, Care for prejudice, Motivation to elicit women's initiative, Continuous support. Delivery period: Knowledge and experience about both of obstetrics and anesthesiology, Improving of human and physical system, Appropriate judgment at painless delivery, Identify introduction of anesthesia, Interprofessional collaboration, Care to be reassured, Care leading to actual feeling of giving birth on own. Postpartum: Making childbirth a positive experience. / 【Discussion】It was suggested that care for prejudice, knowledge and appropriate judgment of the delivery period are particularly important midwifery care in painless delivery. | |||||||||||
