After sorting this yielded 17 references valid for this review. The midwifery care part of painless delivery was extracted, coded and categorized. / 【Results】15 categories of midwifery care were extracted as described below. Pregnancy: Providing appropriate information, Decision support, Understanding of patient, Care for anxiety, Care for prejudice, Motivation to elicit women's initiative, Continuous support. Delivery period: Knowledge and experience about both of obstetrics and anesthesiology, Improving of human and physical system, Appropriate judgment at painless delivery, Identify introduction of anesthesia, Interprofessional collaboration, Care to be reassured, Care leading to actual feeling of giving birth on own.
