| 内容記述 | 【目的】国内におけるNICU看護師の倫理的問題に関する文献の知見を整理し、これまでの研究を概観する。 / 【方法】医学中央雑誌Web版(Ver.5)を用いて、「NICU」、「新生児」、「看護師」、「倫理」、「倫理的問題」をキーワードとして検索し、9件の文献を分析対象とした。 / 【結果】9件の文献は、「NICU看護師の倫理的意思決定への参加実態と要因」、「NICU看護師のジレンマ」、「NICU看護師の倫理的問題の認識」、「NICU看護師の倫理的問題への対応」に分類された。 / 【結論】ＮICU看護師が倫理的意思決定の参加経験を重ねていくことは、倫理的問題の判断や対応力向上につながることが示唆された。また、NICUで生じ得る倫理的問題、NICU看護師が抱えるジレンマや倫理的問題の認識を把握することは、実情に応じた対応に向けて重要であった。今後は、明らかになった対応を実践し、検証していくことが課題と考える。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 【Objectives】The findings of the literature on ethical issues of NICU nurses in Japan will be summarized and the previous studies will be reviewed. / 【Method】We searched the literature using the Web version(Ver.5) of the Japan Medical Abstract Society(JAMAS), and searched for "NICU", "newborn", "nurse", "ethics", and "ethical issues" as keywords. And we analyzed the literature of 9 papers. / 【Results】The 9 references were categorized into "Actual Conditions and Factors of NICU Nurses' Participation in Ethical Decision Making", "Dilemmas of NICU Nurses", "Recognition of Ethical Issues by NICU Nurses", and "Responses to Ethical Issues by NICU Nurses". / 【Conclusion】It was suggested that NICU nurses' repeated experience of participation in ethical decision-making would lead to improved judgment and response to ethical issues. In addition, it was important to understand the ethical issues that may arise in the NICU and the perceptions of NICU nurses of the dilemmas and ethical issues they face in order to respond to the actual situation. In the future, we believe that our task is to practice and verify the responses that we have identified. | |||||||||||
