| 内容記述 | 【目的】医師-看護職間の協働についての国内の文献より、協働の評価方法、現状、促進・阻害要因についての知見を整理することである。 / 【方法】医学中央雑誌刊行会から、「医師」、「助産師」、「看護師」、「協働」のキーワードで国内文献を検索し、医師-看護職間の協働に関する評価方法、協働の現状、促進・阻害要因について記載のある11の原著論文を採用した。文献の内容から医師-看護職間の協働に関する評価方法、協働の現状、促進・阻害要因の別に分類し、知見を整理した。 / 【結果・考察】医師-看護職間の協働に関する評価方法は、海外の尺度の日本語版の活用が主であり、研究は盛んではなかった。協働の現状は海外と比べ低い傾向にあり、職種間の比較では見解が分かれた。協働に関連する要因は、経験値や専門性、自律性、コミュニケーションであることが明らかになっていた。一方、コミュニケーションの種類、手段、程度などの詳細が不明であった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 【Objective】The purpose of this study is to review previous domestic literature on physicians and nurses collaboration and to organize knowledge about how collaboration is evaluated, the current state of collaboration, and the factors that facilitate and impede collaboration. / 【Method】I used the Ichushi-Web(Japan Medical Abstracts Society) to search the literature for the keywords "physician" "nurse," "midwife," and "collaboration." Of the 785 hits, 11 original articles selected that explain how physicians-nurses collaboration is evaluated, the current state of collaboration, and the factors that facilitate and impede it. Based on the content of the literature, the findings were divided into surveys on how to evaluate the collaboration of physicians and nurses, the current state of cooperation, the factors that promote and hinder it. / 【Results/Discussions】The evaluation method for collaboration between physicians and nurses was mainly based on the use of Japanese versions of overseas scales, and research was not active. The current status of collaboration tended to be lower than overseas, and views were divided on comparisons between professions. The factors related to collaboration were found to be experience, expertise, autonomy, and communication. On the other hand, details of the type, means, and extent of communication were unclear. | |||||||||||
