| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、「学校を基盤としたカリキュラム開発(SBCD)」における管理的リーダーの役割を明らかにすることである。今日的な教育課題を取り上げつつ、特色あるカリキュラムを開発・実践している3校(小学校2校、中学校1校)を対象として調査を実施した。具体的には、各校の管理的リーダー(学校長)および実践的リーダー(研究主任等)を対象として、カリキュラム開発の経緯、カリキュラム開発の初年次における取り組みおよび2年次以降に関する取り組みについて、半構造化インタビューの形式で聞き取りを行った。分析の結果、学校長は、(1)共同的な授業づくり、(2)リソースの確保と活用、(3)学び合う教師文化の創出、(4)理論とモデルの創出に関わる役割をいずれも果たしていることが確認された。これらのうち、(1)共同的な授業づくりと(3)学び合う教師文化の創出は、これまで実践的リーダーが主にその役割を果たすと考えられてきたものである。また、学校長は、とりわけカリキュラム開発の初年次において、多様な役割を果たしていた。つまり、これまで実践的リーダーが担うとされてきた役割をある限られた期間において果たしていることが確認された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the school leader's roles in school-based curriculum development (SBCD). The subjects of this study were three schools in the process of developing and implementing unique curriculum focusing on contemporary educational themes. We conducted the semi-structured interviews with head teachers and practical leaders. Theses interviews included questions on the following topics: 1) the school's background in curriculum development, 2) actions taken during the first year of the curriculum development process and 3) actions taken during the second and subsequent year of the curriculum development process. Date indicated the head teachers engaged in various actions. In all of the cases we researched, the head teachers took actions in a) the collaborative creation of lessons, b) securing and using resources, c) the creation of teaching culture of shared learning and c) acquiring a theory and model. In the former research, a) the collaborative creation of lessons and c) the creation of teaching culture of shared learning were regarded as a role of the practical leaders. Another finding was that head teachers took a wider range of actions and played more roles in the first year of curriculum development. Overall, this study found that the three head teaches at schools studied in this research played roles that Kihara et al. (2009) associated with practical leaders, but only for a certain limited period. | |||||||||||
