| 内容記述 | 広州に位置する南海神廟は千年以上の歴史を有しており、それに基づく南海神信仰も珠江デルタ地域における最も代表的な海神信仰である。南海神信仰に関しては、国家祭祀、民間信仰、広州都市発展、海域交流などの諸点から研究成果が蓄積され、研究者の関心が次第に高まって来ている。本稿では、南海神信仰にとって歴史的な転換期となる10-13世紀に絞り、この時期の南海神廟・南海神信仰に関する先行研究を整理するとともに、この課題をめぐる関連史料の紹介を行うことによって、今後の展望を提示する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The Southern Sea God Temple (南海神廟) which located in Canton, has a history of more than a thousand years. The worship of the Southern Sea God (南海神信仰) originating from the Southern Sea God Temple, is also the most popular belief in the Sea-Deity in the Pearl River Delta. On the above subject, a lot of results have been achieved in various aspects like official cult, popular belief, urban history of Canton, and history of maritime exchange. This article focuses on the 10th-13th centuries as a turning point in the history of the worship of the Southern Sea God, summarizes the prior research on the topic related with the Southern Sea God Temple and the belief of the Southern Sea God, and introduces relevant historical material of this topic. Through these attempts, the future prospects for this subject will be predicted. | |||||||||
