| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the recent introduction and development of amoeba management in Chinese enterprises. First, the study elucidates the mechanism of amoeba management system that was pioneered by Kyocera Corporation. Second, the study explains the implementation of amoeba management system in Baosteel Metal Corporation, and analyzes the characteristics of Baosteel Metal's amoeba management system. Finally, it employs a comparative analysis to clarify the similarities and differences between the two companies' amoeba management systems. | |||||
