| 内容記述 | 1 序論 : 近年、中国における多くの企業において、従業員の動機づけのため、業績に応じた賃金制度、いわゆる成果主義賃金を導入する傾向が見られる。このような制度の導入につれて、企業の短期的な業績が上昇する一方で、賃金の格差や従業員の離職率、不満などが増大している。一部の人々が先に豊かになることは確かに良いことであるが、格差の深刻化がもたらす社会全体の不公正は多くの研究者(例えば、任碧雲、2004; 呉忠民、2006)の注目を集めている。彼らは公正理論を用い、中国における社会的不公正の問題を理論上で解明しようとする。従来、公正に関する理論について、Leventhal(1976a, 1976b)やLindとTyler(1988)は、公正を分配的公正と手続き的公正の2種類に分けて研究してきた。…… | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The issue of fairness is becoming increasingly prominent in industrial organizations in China. People are not only concerned about outcome-oriented justice but also about justice in interpersonal relationships. Since the 1990s, theorists have been studying justice from a third approach, namely, ethical and moral justice. This paper integrates the three approaches mentioned above from the recipients' perspective, by using the ERG theory, and argues that the desire to satisfy one's needs supplies the motive behind justice concern. In addition, this paper presents a Justice Concern Model for individuals with different needs. | |||||||||||
