","subitem_rights_language":"en"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究グループは、さまざまな空間情報が海馬から海馬台を経て下流の4箇所の脳領域(側坐核・視床・乳頭体・帯状皮質)へと分配される脳情報の流れを世界で初めて明らかにしました。空間認識に関わる情報は海馬で処理され、海馬で処理された情報は他の脳領域へと伝達され活用されることで脳機能を支えると考えられていますが、どのように分配・伝達されるかはこれまで不明でした。そこで本研究では、ラットの海馬台において、情報の伝達先を網羅的に同定しつつ神経活動を計測する大規模電気生理学解析を行いました。その結果、海馬台は、海馬に比べてノイズに強い頑健な情報表現を持つことを見いだしました。さらに、「移動スピード」と「道順」の情報はそれぞれ帯状皮質と側坐核に選択的に伝達され、「場所」の情報は側坐核・視床・乳頭体・帯状皮質の4領域に均等に分配されることを明らかにしました。これは、海馬台から下流の脳領域への情報分配の様式を明らかにした世界初の成果で、海馬を中心とした記憶システムの動作原理の解明や、認知症における記憶力低下の病態の理解につながることが期待されます。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The dorsal hippocampus conveys various information associated with spatial navigation; however, how the information is distributed to multiple downstream areas remains unknown.
