University","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、日本経団連の、主に2000年代後半以降2011年までの、大学卒・大学院修了の企業内高度ICT人材に対する(1)要求内容と(2)高度ICT人材という文脈からの要求が2011年の提言以降見られなくなった理由および、(3)高度ICT人材へと将来成長し活躍できる人材に向けた大学(院)での産学連携での実践や教育要求を確認するとともに、(4)今後の大学(院)教育のあり方を考察した。(1)日本経団連は、2011年の提言で、高度ICT人材を2類型(ICTゼネラリストとICTスペシャリスト)に分けて論じ、それまでに比してより幅広く明確に具体的に、求める人材像や能力･スキルを示すようになった。とくにゼネラリストには、ICT分野に限らない幅広い業種・分野でICTのスキル・知識を用いつつ､より高次の能力・資質・視野等を備え、課題を解決していくことが求められている。(2)なお、2011年の提言以降高度ICT人材に特化した要求は行われていないが、これは、産業界の要求が、ICTゼネラリストの議論や「グローバル・クリエイティブリーダー」育成プログラムへの期待に見られるような、2010年代後半以降活発化するSociety5.0に向けた議論等へと発展・変質していったためと考えられる。(3)一方、人材育成実践においては、大学院修士課程では、2000年代後半以降現在に至るまで産学連携で高度ICT人材育プログラムが展開されている。大学(院)新卒者へは、ICT分野の基礎知識・理解等の他に、幅広い分野の基礎知識や、汎用性のあるより高次の能力・スキル等の基礎を獲得させるための、産学連携による実践的教育の実施拡大とともに、他大学学生や社会人の受入れ等も提案されていた。 (4)高度ICT人材や今後の知識基盤社会や第4次産業革命時代に活躍出来る人間育成のためには、大学の本来的教育目標・学修成果達成の重要性の再認識と、多様な他者が多様な学問･視野･文脈を持ち寄り学び合う「学びの協働体」としての大学(教養)教育の場の可能性があると考えられる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"本研究は、科研費基盤研究C(課題研究番号19K02891)研究代表
