In this research, however, we also examined an integrated theoretical framework of work and life that includes the process of performing work. Furthermore, instead of dealing with only time problems, such as long hours at work or paid vacation, we conducted an empirical study with quantitative approach in the case of one company from the viewpoint of comprehending the quality of WLB. The results of this study indicate that WLB is nothing but a matter of creating a workplace that is easy to work in.
